This award delivered by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) and Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), to encourage Taiwan industries to upgrade and  incorporate innovations into their new products.

AR-V6005FL is equipped with Intel Atom E640 processor and Intel EG20T PCH chipset for low power consumption and entry-level vehicle applications. 1. System off delay time: User can setup delay time in BIOS for different purposes.
2. Power on/off retries: It will perform 3 times of boot up or shut off the system if system on/off process failed in order to assure system can operate normally under severe environment like –20℃ outdoor temperature.
3. Power input monitoring: Continuous monitoring DC input voltage to prevent accidentally drain out car battery. The system will not boot up if car battery voltage is lower than 11.2V. If car battery is lower than 10.8V while system at operation, it will properly shut down the system automatically to keep battery alive.
4. LED indicators represent system power status.
5. Remote control: 2 options to power on or shut down the system, by car ignition switch or remote control switch cable.

Today, Acrosser Technology had launched its latest SD-WAN white-box solutions, AD-4C and AR-8C, to all its customers. AD-4C, a desktop SD-WAN white-box solution powered by Intel® Atom® C3558 Denverton-NS 4 cores CPU, is an excellent choice for SOHO, SMB, or branch offices and perfect for vCPE/SD-WAN of SDN/NFV structure. In addition to AD-4C, AR-8C is a rackmount SD-WAN white-box with Intel Atom C3758 Denverton-NS 8 core CPU and perfect for branch or SME offices for SD-WAN solutions.

Both AD-4C and AR-8C SD-WAN white-boxes are featured with low power and power saving, various wired and wireless connections, great expansion abilities, and QAT, SR-IOV value added-on to improve efficiency. In addition to the application of SD-WAN, these Acrosser white-boxes are also NFV-ready and Acrosser Technology strongly and exclusively recommends our customers to use ADVA Ensemble Connector to host and manage various Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) such as FW, IDS/IPS, and DPI in our agile & scalable hardware solution.

ADVA Ensemble Connector is an open virtualized networking platform for deploying and managing virtualized SD-WAN and other NFV services at scale. The Ensemble Connector platform enables service providers to deploy virtual SD-WAN applications in an automated fashion, consistent with their forward-looking architectures. With this approach, service providers can deliver new and more flexible VPN services to their customers at a lower cost and with more features than today’s service offerings. What’s more, Ensemble Connector comes with a rich feature set for connecting off-net customers through the internet or wireless networks.
With the Ensemble Connector platform, operators can now offer SD-WAN functionality as a feature in advanced services, in addition to offering it as a standalone application. For example, Ensemble Connector might be used in an initial deployment to provide secure network connectivity directly or via a hosted SD-WAN VNF. Later, an incremental unified threat management (UTM) solution could be added dynamically to the service, taking advantage of the open nature of the Ensemble Connector platform. Other VNFs can be added as needed, providing a means to securely deploy dynamic services to meet the changing needs of the enterprise customer.
Combined with the benefits of SD-WAN and NFV, the new generation Acrosser SD-WAN white-box solution is easier to deploy more accessible and reliable as well. By adopting the powerful Ensemble solution from ADVA and Acrosser’s scalable multi-core CPU computing capability to execute multiple virtual network devices, Acrosser’s white-boxes + ADVA Ensemble Connector can install, deploy, upgrade and maintain various virtual networking devices in a single box and ensure the networking architecture to meet the demand of growing business of customers in a smooth way.
For example, the Acrosser desktop SD-WAN white-box AD-4C is designed as a powerful and reliable platform to run different kinds of software and applications. Its built-in Intel Atom C3558 (Denverton-NS 4 core) which is dedicated to networking and storage products, is the most sophisticated and powerful Atom in the market. Meanwhile, AD-4C is fan-less and supports low power and power saving that will increase product durability and reliability. AD-4C also supports QAT and SR-IQV to strengthen work efficiency. Acrosser announced complete product family of SD-WAN hardware solution

  

With years’ experiences in making network appliances, in 2020, Acrosser Technology has announced its complete product family of SD-WAN hardware solution.

Many companies are adopting SD-WAN as a flexible solution to manage multiple and disparate networks. Investment is showing no signs of slowing and IDC reported an 83.3% increase in SD-WAN infrastructure revenues in 2017, predicting that the market will reach $4.5bn by 2022.
